in martinez, anser hassan abc seven news. >> this refinery fire comes less than three weeks after the battery storage facility at moss landing caught fire. that fire also sent smoke into the air and raised health concerns. officials say rain from this atmospheric river can interact with the remaining lithium ion batteries and cause flare ups. so far, we're told the area is stable, but crews are monitoring the situation. investigators are still working to determine what exactly caused that fire. they have also been testing the air, water and soil. meanwhile, kearny street in san francisco is back open after a fire broke out in this area. fire crews responded to a call of smoke coming from the fifth floor of this six story apartment building. it happened just after 930 last night. officials say two people were affected but did not have any life threatening injuries. some residents were told to shelter in place, while others were forced to evacuate. >> there are many people in this building who are invalids, so firefighters did have to use the stairs and carry many victims out to get out
