ktvu jesse gary is in the santa cruz mountains. jesse, i know there are major flooding concerns there. dave, good. >> morning again to you. and we're in felton right now. and this is the san lorenzo river. and yes, you talk about major flooding concerns. i just talked to a resident here who says he was awake all night listening to the rain and worrying about the effects of that rain and what it would have on the san lorenzo river. river right now is at 14 plus feet, but flooding starts in just another 6 or 7ft, and it's been rising about a foot an hour. if that continues, you could see flooding sometime after the lunchtime hour. you can see and debris flows moving down the river as well. so that's part of the concern here in the santa cruz mountains. it's heavier rain here, not as foggy as it was at the summit on highway 17, but still heavy rain coming down in the santa cruz mountains. let's take a look at our video from earlier if we have it. this is highway 17 at the summit. this is about an hour to an hour and maybe ten minutes
