i'm the owner of mansfield the mansfield construction cleanup company site support. i'm a member of rcc and i am a nurse that worked in the city of san francisco. i worked at the medical detox on gough street. i've seen all of this. i'm not in in agreeance with the audience audience that mayor laura has put out. not as it is i think we need to get more information especially not on the backs of the lobby or liberace the lobby. latest legislation that's already in place. we need to look further into it. unfortunately i have family members that are on drugs as well and in immigration as we're getting help for them but not leveraging the 14 b legislation. i self retire to start my business and i love serving the city and county of san francisco. in fact i'm a native born and raised 60 years old, raised all my children out here but the city is for all of us not just from one. please consider us and make sure you look at the legislation of 14 b as well. >> thank you. take a listen to mansfield and if we have any other members of the public who wish addressed this committe
