marianne favro has been tracking the storm on the peninsula, but we're going to start first our live team coverage with our chief meteorologist, jeff ranieri. and, jeff, you're saying we need another couple of hours before we'll see a little bit of relief? yes. we're starting to get some drying in parts of the bay area and others still into that rainfall. but, you know, if you were out there for just a little bit today, you could barely see 1 to 2 car lengths in front of you. it was really some of the heaviest rainfall we can get here in the bay area, and it's a all from this system here offshore, tying in with the atmospheric river just continuing to increase that rain. so we got two things happening for us here. it's clearing out in the north bay. and then the heaviest line is now starting to push just to the south of us. so we're just kind of in that in-between zone right now. still some gusts here of 15 to about 25mph at lower elevations. mountains gusting 30
