i'm raj mathai. and i'm jessica aguirre. tonight, a break from the rain.ut the problems persist, especially in the north bay. from landslides like this one in marin county. that's how the day opened. yesterday afternoon, the hillside gave way, slamming mud and debris into an apartment complex at the bottom. this is off sir francis drake boulevard in fairfax. no word on how many peop might be displaced. take you to sonoma county. an evacuation warning is now in effect because of a high landslide risk as well. we saw this one in santa rosa. happened yesterday at a home on deer trail road. mom and a daughter inside. the father says he was at work when he got a call from his wife. as far as we know, the rainfall had been 4 or 5 days. it got to a saturation point in the ground and probably about 25ft of mud just kind of slid into the house and took out the house. luckily, no one hurt the home. the home has been red tagged. now the family tells us this was actually a newly built home that replaced the one they lost during the 2017 tub
