good evening, i'm ryan yamamoto. fci dublin was forced to close last year after more than 100 women sued over horrifying allegations of physical and sexual abuse at that facility. john ramos spoke to one of those women about the possibility i.c.e. could use the prison to hold detainees. >> the institution in dublin has been mired in abuse scandals for years. and one of the reasons given is that the building were in such poor physical shape. now it appears ice thinks there could be a use of the facility after all. there are no prisoners at fci dublin anymore. the union that represents them has confirmed that i.c.e. officials have toured the site as recently as last week. >> there are people here that have toured the facility, it is my understanding. but the bureau of prisons basically said it was uninhabitable because of the toxic mold, asbestos problems, having been through there. the building is disgusting. there shouldn't be people in there, it should be bulldozed, and changed to a better use. so the fact the immig

i'm ryan yamamoto. according to the sheriff's department, first responders found a man and man's body inside a culvert on franz valley road. this happened in calistoga yesterday afternoon, about 20 miles away. another >>man >>found dead this morning near the flood waters on hall road in santa rosa. veronica macias is live in santa rosa with some new information about one of those deaths. veronica. >>it's just unfortunate news, ryan. we know that already. sonoma county fire district has responded. they say to a total of ten water rescues. this is in the span of two days, they tell us. and this morning they responded here to sanford and occidental roads, which is right off a body of water. that's the laguna de santa rosa. and you can see the water from this lagoon. it's spilling over onto this road. and while a victim was found out here, a death has been reported here. the sonoma county sheriff's office has yet to confirm it is a missing 83 year old man who was reported missing to them late last night. we
