i was at seiu, and we really looked at models unsustainable giving and political power that way.learned that the lowest paid worker gives the most. because they knew that unions were fighting for them. now we need to turn that dynamic to the democratic party and do the same. i am going to pick up the phone from a union, a working person far faster than i would from any billionaire out there, because a donation from them represents hundreds if not thousands of people, as opposed to potentially somebody with an ulterior motive. jen: i want to ask you something else, because you have actually run for office, and one of the questions i think you all have been thinking about is how to actually reach voters and have to do it in the right way. the democratic party raise more money than the republican party in 2024 and still lost the senate, did not win back the house, and also lost the residency what are some ideas you have for the formats, forums, ways to communicate as the dnc chair that has not been done today? >> that is an excellent question. we are going to have to beat the opposi

increases that we've agreed to and we are in the midst of a four year labor agreement with the with seiu 2015 which represents the ihs as independent providers. and so what's on this sheet is the wages that will be paid to i just as workers starting now in in january of 2025 and then going through to september of 26 these are the wage increases will be assimilating in our budget for the budget year and for the subsequent year and these are all in our agreement which was a 4 or 4 year agreement which ends in 2627 and then the staff have put in what the ihs s employee amounts will be in 2526 the budget year and 2627 the year after. and so you can see how the growth plays out and that money is included in what we call our age aid budget. so i'm going to turn this over to kelly dearman now and then come back at the end and talk about schedule and then we will both answer questions. >> thank you. okay. so we have continued to see growth in the case loads of both the programs that we operate directly as well as through our contracted providers. adult protective services has seen dramatic growt
