now about those people that were in this sutter medical center. now there were some people that were in there, wheelchair bound. because the area was flooded, they were not able to come out on their own. so they had a few come in and pick people up. and also they had to rescue two people as you can see the cars are still there, not quite at a point where they could move yet. but we have seen a lot of this water go down, and it looks like it is starting to ease up. a little bit to my right rather. you can see the water starting to ease up. this looked like a small river and this is a person that will try to go through to make it. water has gone down enough for people to travel back down that way. but the fire department is, of course, still urging people to be careful to make sure you're not driving through any heavy water. >> and it is interesting they were able to go in and fall, kara? >> reporter: yes. and i think that really has to do with the rainfall. so earlier about two hours ago, it was raining a lot harder than this. that's helping some o
