ktvu is james torres already in san francisco to show us the damage? good morning. james. >> dave, good morning to you. you step outside the door right now. you will feel the very crisp, cold air this morning. you won't feel any rain because we're not expecting any of it today. but you can certainly see a lot of what's been left over from the storms that we saw yesterday, including the mudslide that we are taking a look at this morning. we can see some of the debris that was trying to be held off a little bit from this retaining wall, but just too much of it was too much for the wall to hold. so you see, it collapsed here. what looks like a light pole came down with it. some tree brush and debris all covering at least one lane of traffic along sampson here near telegraph hill. this rockslide, just one example of the damage that you might see walking around the city today. now, the job of scientists coming out later today is to make sure this isn't a bigger threat. right now, no one is calling for any evacuations. there are no red tagging of homes. in fact, the fire

ktvu james torres live from fremont city hall with the details.most city council members wanted to enact that camping ban, but there were some concerns over how they would do it and how strict it would be and who it would actually target. a lot of questions trying to get answered. yesterday during their council meeting, council members say they may take a look now at some of the language used in that ordinance. they want to make sure outreach workers and homeless advocates are not penalized simply for just doing their jobs, though it's still not clear what exactly aiding and abetting actually means. most city council members, including the city's mayor, supported that ban, as is one council member voted against saying she supports a ban but is against any criminalization. it's been a conversation in fremont for weeks, and just as they have at other meetings, people who live here shared their opinions with the city council last night. one woman shared a story about recently visiting a farmers market filled with tents. >> when i was trying to park m
