that's how many are feeling as another round of rain batters the bay area. in the north bay, low lying areas are once again flooded. highway 121 at highway 12 in napa county is closed tonight because of the high waters, and public works crews are working hard to make sure more streets don't suffer the same fate. we do have a lot of localized flooding that we've got to attend to, but, you know, we're prepared for that. our crews are out and patrolling areas and keeping an eye on things. there you go. tim dudley is taking advantage of napa's sandbag station. he says water is flong off the hillside behind his house and his garage is flooding. i don't want water coming in the garage. it's going to ruin everything in the garage. i'm picking stuff up off the floor and put it on bricks and stuff like that. in yountville, folks who live in this neighborhood are holding their breath. hopper creek is once again on the rise and could flood. last week, the creek overflowed onto oak circle, making it impassable. in fact, one person took a spin in their kayak. neighbors do
