abc seven news anchor ama daetz has new details just released by the chp. >> the chp says the cause of the accident was the cybertruck was going at a high rate of speed, and the driver was unable to negotiate the curve due to being impaired driving under the influence. soren dixon, krista fukuhara, and jack nelson died. dixon was the driver. a fourth student, jordan miller, survived. two friends were in another car behind the cybertruck and came upon the crash. one of them tried to help by smashing a window and was able to pull miller out of the wreckage. the person then tried to rescue krista, but the flames overtook the vehicle. we've learned the evening started around 830 with a group of friends gathering at a house in piedmont. they hung out for hours and drinks were involved. the witness says around 3 a.m, they left and went to dixon's home because he wanted to get the cybertruck. three people got into the cybertruck with him. two others stayed in the other car. following the cybertruck, the person driving that other car says soren was driving normally. but when he turned the corn
