his beard was shaved off, his hair was buzzed off, and he was wearing a brown prison or jail jumpsuit. so that's what he looked like this morning. he was in court to enter a plea to those charges that he faces. he entered a plea of not guilty to those three felony counts of child sexual assault. he is now scheduled to appepear in court april 28th for a preliminary hearing. that's the hearing where a judge determines whether there is enough evidence to move the case forward to trial. now, this is torres. in a prior court appearance in november, he requested to be released on bail, but the judge said he continued to be a danger to the community, especially to minors, and denied bail, so torres remains in custody. torres was under investigation for sexual misconduct with a man who was a minor when that relationship began. torres admits to that relationship, but claims that the man is now trying to blackmail him, and that investigation went public. a lative came forward to say he was molested by torres back in the 90s when he was a minor, and that's the case in which these charges were fi
