i know that one of your council members, peter ortiz, has been skeptical. i don't know if he's opposing it, but he's been skeptical of it. destination home is an organization. when you talk to these organizations, what's their only pushback, i've heard is from a very small number of homeless advocates who have great empathy for our unhoused community, spent a lot of time doing great work on their behalf. these are good people with good core values who want to help, who are highly empathetic....
