and i talked to them earlier today about what you'll be able to see at gtc come the 18th. and they say one of the things they'll be doing is rolling out some of their education. they're trying to hire people that quickly, that can do ai and program ai chips. so one of the things they'll be doing, in addition to the keynote and all of the meetings is saying, hey, let's sit down and work on your training and figure out how to get you a job in this field. yeah, they've had solid earnings reports quarter after quarter, ai jobs hot in silicon valley. in general. there's a lot of chip companies here based here very much. we've seen chip companies. we've seen software companies, ai companies like to say there's a stack, janelle. and it starts with the chips and then the software on top that you and i would use if we asked chatgpt a question or something. and so we see software and hardware companies hiring in a time where other than that tech growth has been slow, companies have been cutting except in ai. and so those are the skills. we've now seen them in schools that are compan
