this happened on november 15th of last year at kim timm jewelry in south sacramento. 12 suspects forced their way into the store, smashed display cases and fled. the owner's wife was killed in the confrontation when her husband opened fire. well, tonight we're learning that all four suspects arrested so far are from the bay area. two are brothers from concord, ages 19 and 22. a 28 year old san francisco man and a 19 year old suisun city man were also arrested and charged this week thanks to joint law enforcement actions. the clock is ticking for people living in san francisco's only safe parking site. it's known as the bay view vehicle triage center. the 35 spot site opened in 2022 and has served 132 households living in vehicles. but late last year, the city announced the site will be closing this coming monday. the city says everyone on site will be offered permanent housing, rental subsidies, alternative shelter or relocation assistance before the closure. most have accepted the help. those who don't have to be out by the end of the weekend. our concern, though, is for those who stil
