supervisor supervisor mahmud thank you for the presentation. i really appreciate and excited to cosponsor this resolution as well. >> i know you said that just sort of for my own context you said that this isn't going to solve the structural deficit today but do you have any estimate of like the long term projected revenue gains and how this might help the fiscal crisis down the road? >> yes, we do. so we worked with a consulting firm hatch consulting to do an initial evaluation of 4 to 12 properties. basically the four is we kind of do the status quo of a project every few years lower density to the 12. we really ramp it up, develop more of these properties over the next 25 or 30 years. so the range we got back from them was about 12 to $47 million net new per year. >> now a follow up question that i often get on that is is is that really all that new because some of that revenue would actually be used to reinvest back into rebuilding our backyard for say for example. so it may not be net new to service but it would be net new to the agency to
