oakland police are applauding their cease-fire strategy. they say it's working and it's not only taking criminals off the streets, but also. >> weapons lot of guns. 7 news conference today. you see them displayed. police said a month long investigation by that cease-fire division has led to the arrest of 7 people and the seizure of nearly a dozen guns. 3 of the people arrested are juveniles said the crimes include 2 murders as well as armed robberies and burglaries. >> this investigation stemmed an aunt cart armed carjacking that occurred on january 30th, which also included a takeover robbery. addition, we believe the same group was involved other violent crimes up until earlier this week. these individuals were targeting businesses in east oakland that are known for carrying large quantities of cash. they extreme amount of prepping and planning and one day committed the robbery. it was executed with it. extreme. detail, coordination. it was very obvious that this was not their first time committing a robbery of this type. >> police say th
