a lot of those costs are actually seismic studies that have been required at the port of san francisco for the site that we lease to run the facility. so a lot of those engineering costs that are in there aren't just site master plan specific but they include other costs that we've been required to do by the city or by the port in previous years to to look at seismic retrofitting in regards to the organic d package or i might have a little debate with you rob about the or express being similar to the mega thaw we like to use cool names for our organics equipment not a very sexy industry. i understand. so there's there's a pretty substantial difference in how those machines operate and i don't want to get into the details of it but in regard but what this system will do we believe it will do is is increase recovery by about 18% over where we are and i understanding more study needs to be done. and then in regards to the capital investment and the areas mr. hall is right there's additional trailers or specific special types of trailers that are required to haul this type of material. >>
