a lot of those costs are actually seismic studies that have been required at the port of san francisco for the site that we lease to run the facility. so a lot of those engineering costs that are in there aren't just site master plan specific but they include other costs that we've been required to do by the city or by the port in previous years to to look at seismic retrofitting in regards to the organic d package or i might have a little debate with you rob about the or express being similar to the mega thaw we like to use cool names for our organics equipment not a very sexy industry. i understand. so there's there's a pretty substantial difference in how those machines operate and i don't want to get into the details of it but in regard but what this system will do we believe it will do is is increase recovery by about 18% over where we are and i understanding more study needs to be done. and then in regards to the capital investment and the areas mr. hall is right there's additional trailers or specific special types of trailers that are required to haul this type of material. >>

port chicago highway just east of to 42. the fire was put out by the time that crews got there, the person's death and the cause of the fire is under investigation. in san francisco roadway now back open after this work here. a garbage truck hit a tree in the lower hill neighborhood. the crash caused large tree to fall down and blocked 3 lanes of leavenworth near center street. this happened just after 7 o'clock this morning and public works. crews. we're helping to clear out the roadway. they had all those lanes back open by about 9 o'clock this morning. >> as we talk about our weather forecast right now, we got to take a look at the fresh powder in santa clara county. snow falling on top of out hamilton. look at there on the street and even the tree is looking a little bit like a winter wonderland up there. some snow at the highest elevations, meteorologist ca group in here now with details on what's happening. yeah, that's right. well, we are pretty much wrapping that up. having said that cold air coming in behind a cold front and those snow levels really got. >> quite low. you could kind of see a little pink, a little blue right over there. that's where that
