contra costa county and solano county. a little bit rough is you're getting out there because of this heavy, heavy area of rainfall that is only very slowly shifted to the east highway 4 between antioch, on over to the intersection of i-80 as well as 6 ad as well as i-80, itself from vallejo on over towards vacaville. just absolutely having seen these downpours. and that has resulted in potential flooded conditions, especially poor drainage areas. those rural roads, especially vulnerable to seeing some of this heavy rain really stacking up really quickly. so please be mindful if you are commuting in these areas, rainfall now picking up as well on the peninsula as bay. the showers are generally moving pretty directly eastward. that means san jose. you can expect an uptick in rainfall intensity here shortly. winds are moving in from the south and we've had 42, even 50 mile per hour gusts this morning. wind advisories are in effect for coastal spots of the bay area as well as the inland east bay and solano county. up until 11

widespread heavy rain that really at this point just encompasses contra costa and solano counties. these are downpours right here in will result in flooded pond spots on roadways, especially poor drainage areas. so if you are traveling 80 highway, 4 routes like 6.80, through here, the spots are going to be very, very difficult. we're also seeing rain now picking back up on the peninsula, too. bay bridge richmond center fell bridge really coming down heavy, but i'm really focused on areas like highway 4 between antioch, out towards hercules, as well as with the late whoa on over into areas like britney shed martinez. the spots are here just seeing very heavy downpours. and it's staying put for a second as well. so if you are heading out in these spots, please be taking it slow. we do have that potential for some flooding to be occurring here. localized. we're also seeing some very strong winds strictly out of the south around 40 to 50 mile per hour gusts on our mountain tops are bridges out along the coastline. with that, we do have high wind advisories for the coast for upper eleva
