you're beginning to see, interestingly enough, higher rain totals south of san francisco, which tells you where the weather pattern will go wednesday into thursday. a lot of that moisture directed into central and southern california. then by friday and saturday we catch a break. it looks like saturday could be the warmest day of the week ahead. mid to upper 60. saturday. sunday right now hanging on for dry weather all the way up, maybe to o abou7 or 8:00. and then a bigger storm could be rolling in sunday night to next monday. all of this means that we'll slowly add to those rain totals around the bay area, and keep that snow going for the sierra. so for tomorrow, we have a chilly start. a few light showers on tuesday, rainiest day of the week around the bay area, especially for areas south of san francisco, will be wednesday into early thursday, and right now most of the weekend is actually shaping up fairly dry. it will be sunday night at this point when that next round of rain comes in, and then a brief warm up to. we'll get some mid to upper 60s possible for next saturday. you go

they're not too far from the south bay bringing it back to san francisco. we've actually got some beautiful sunshine breaking through here now, finally getting little bit of a blue sky going on. temperatures have been cool today. santa rosa has been up in the 60's and that's because they've gotten more clearing earlier. but you can see san francisco just sitting at 53 degrees and 50's all across the rest the bay area right now. also, the wind is picking up where 26 miles per hour san francisco are. 25 in oakland. this is all because we're going to see a frontal passage. it's going to be happening here over the next about 12 hours. so that take you into this afternoon this evening. you could start to see by the time we get to about 6, 7 o'clock. we do start to have some of this spending bias and again, a chance for showers and for some of these cells that could drop some heavier downpours before they work their way out. and we get into tomorrow evening. so between now and then still the possibility of picking up about a 10th of an inch of rain anywhere aroun

san francisco. temperatures have been relatively cool today. couple of 60's out there in the south bay for the most part, a few in the inner east bay. but it's a whole lot of 50's. >> not surprising that we have that cloud cover out there, right? keeping things cool. wind, though he's been giving us a little bit of a break yesterday we got a little gusty in the afternoon that will happen again tomorrow. but right now we're doing pretty good. some more clouds are going to be rolling in, though, as we have this low pressure system that ultimately we'll start to bring some rain around the bay area. but as you can see right now, we are pretty dry. just a few little tiny, just, you know, drops maybe maybe a sprinkle or 2, but probably not likely even that. so as we zoom out here, you can see where some of that moisture is. well to the north of us, it really won't be until the overnight tonight that we start to see any effects of taking into about 9.30, and then tomorrow in the early morning hours there you can see about 06:07am. that's we start to see some of these light showers move in
