coming weeks working with public works to have more weekend shelter trash pickup particularly on venice market as well as the hospital in the district. we've made some hard choices on on maintenance and they have certainly paid off things like shutting down the subway about once a quarter at 9 p.m. have allowed us time to do really deep maintenance work and that has seen a significant improvement including a 70% reduction in delays. all of this work is delivered by the amazing s.f. mta staff and i'm really proud that we have also even in a time when we're not doing a lot of hiring we have primarily promoted from within and are really trying to grow the incredible talent that we have and so these hard choices have really paid off in terms of ridership. we are essentially recovered on the weekend the all-star game was our biggest saturday since covid and i think we carried 1.2 million people for three days including getting folks to and from the parade. our weekend ridership also continues to grow and in particular in the non non downtown area so we have many routes that we are not using
