joy lepola fox45 news at five a glen burnie man is behind bars tonight after police say he threatened to carry out a mass shooting at the child support enforcement office in a. annapolis.police say james armstead called the office on tuesday, threatening to kill employees and himself in a "batman-style shooting" reminiscent of colorado's movie massacre last month. he was arrested today and charged with telephone misuse and threatening to injure a state official.a search of his home, turned up no weapons, but police did find evidence that armstead was trying to buy an ak-47 rifle. a baltimore county high school teacher is charred with assault after police say he pulled a gun on workers near his hhme. police arrested aaron joseph back in july. the franklin high school science teacher is accused of pointing a gun at three workers removing trees on a property next to his home ii carney. police say joseph was arguing with crew members, apparently unhappy about a new development going up behind his home on finney drive.
