we are all online a lot of the time. so i think the first amendment argument is really quite frankly one that comes from privilege and people who haven't experienced it, who are much more likely to be worried about the first amendment problem. those who have experienced the total shutdown that could happen to victims are much more willing to say, no, no, we don't have a first amendment right to do this to an individual. >> yeah, let me open that up to the whole panel. this discussion about where do you draw the line in the first amendment because that is the single biggest hurdle toward moving forward in this space because most people do recognize it is a problem but they say should we be concerned about how this could go awry and as you said, it becomes this kind of -- if you don't care about the issue, on a more int lat level, maybe first amendment trumps it and it is a big road block until we see movement for a number of reasons. but let me open up the panel for anyone that wants to talk about the first amendment side
