a busy night for the san francisco police and it started on haight and ashbury just before 9:30 p.m. officers got a call about a white suv driving recklessly and they said the man and woman were yelling and threatening people on the street, mainly the homeless and the sfpd then drove on the sidewalk, hit two homeless people, building and parked cars. the victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. the man and woman kept driving. 10 minutes later, offices got another call and this time, about shots fired on twin peaks boulevard and crown harris. the sfpd said a driver sped toward officers and hit the front of the air patrol car. the officers were not heard and then officers put the crime scenes together. >> the officers, after taking the two people into custody, quickly realized the vehicle that struck them matched the description of the vehicle that was running and had struck two pedestrians at haight and ashbury 10 minutes prior. >>> video shows an officer leading the way a woman in handcuffs from the scene and the driver of the car was treated at a hospital for injuries
