for turnout that might be around
37, 38%.
it's hard to even fathom.

why?

supreme court decisions that
have allowed this enormous
spending.
the citizens united decision,
2014, mccutcheon decision,
unlimited outside spending by
groups, this time around how
much are these companies or
these organizations going to be
spending?
