yes, i think so. i mean there were 3 sort of big picture options on the table. one,
the troops were being mass just for leverage and negotiations that's obviously long
gone. the 2nd idea was that the troops would just go into the breakaway republics
in the southeastern part of the country. and i then ask in lieu, hans,
that no longer seems to be the case at all. so this looks like
