about whether the queen prorogue
parliament on the false advice from
mrjohnson. but the government
insisted this was all politics and
not a matter for the court. this is
forbidden territory. it is a matter
between the executive and
parliament. and if parliament takes
exception, they have the tools
available to address the matter. but
there is challenging that view say
parliament is senior to the prime
minister and he cannot be allowed
free rein. that the executive,
junior partner, cannot claim
illegally, unfettered power to close
down the senior partner for as long
as the executive likes. for whatever
reason it likes. it is not a simple
question. we will now consider
carefully, all the arguments that
have been presented to us. we also
know this case must be resolved as
quickly as possible and we hope to
be able to publish our decision
