is it's good news.
the water was supposed to go
to 38 foot and ended
at 35.05 feet.
there's still a lot of damage
and people have lost homes,
but we're now in the rebuilding
mode and trying to make things
right instead of the mode
where we're wondering what's
going to happen.
so at least we are on the
downside of the slope.
