walmart trade as high. >> where else are you seeing the conviction on the buy side? >> health care stocks. you know, i think there's some underlying groups that haven't been touched here. i've been looking at water stocks believe it or not. i think those are some people are looking at. been asking about the ones that trade down here. it's an odd group, but a lot of potential. >> airlines hit an all-time high today as a group. the dow transport average is at an all time here. all of these bullish factors going in. the dow if it closes positive, this would be the second highest. so why is everybody so skeptical still? >> everyone's always afraid. it's a fear of heights. people don't like an area of uncharted territory. i like being in this level. we do have room on the upside, i feel. as i've said about 25 points. last year was the same thing
