>> yeah, anderson, i was down here at em barco street. i've got this fantastic view down here. it's just pure blackness across times square. i'm right next to the world trade center memorial. floodwaters have come up past the west side highway. i'm a few blocks actually near ashley banfield. i'm in the same vicinity. what i can see, they haven't really declined from that area. it's an eerie situation. the only things with light are right around the 9/11 memorial, the freedom tower, the new world trade center did have power for an extended period and that's all dark now. and just scattered bits and pieces of light here and there. just eerie sensation of being down here. >> doug, there were earlier
