calvin smyre, representative
from the state of georgia.
there are a lot of issues in
georgia.
to my immediate left in your
right is the director of the
illinois department of
agriculture.
i want to thank the panel's.
[applause]
let me start with the two
mayors because most of the time
we think of mayors as the big

urban areas, we don't think
about the impact of the small

director was explaining away to
apply for these moneys, you
identified a problem that role
mayors will have, access to
technology.
tell us, what is the issue that

about in terms of small
communities, trying to make sure
the stimulus is not just through
the banks but down to the people
