going to be celebrating the
bicentennial of louisianan
becoming a state in the great
united states.
and so we would like to welcome
as a member of the bicentennial
commission i would like to
welcome everyone to new orleans
and to louisiana and we are
going to be wishing a happy
birthday next year.
