billion measure which will
extend a cut in the payroll
taxes through the end of this
year, provide additional jobless
benefits for millions of out of
work americans.

supporting the proposal.
there is no pay for this measure
which means that the proposal
will go forth and likely add to
the overall debt in deficit.
