it was founded by mrs. kennedy
in 1961 as a nonprofit,
non-partisan partner to the
white house, and we're honored
to be the convener of this
presidential site summit this
week.
well, today we're going to talk
a little bit about presidential
legacy and commemoration.
and let's start by diving into
lbj.
mark, your leadership with the
lbj foundation.
monday would have been the 110th
birthday of president johnson.
and so there was a commemoration
of sorts, or at least a noting
of that occasion.
and johnson was larger than life
as president.
larger than life
post-presidency, and what would
he think of his legacy as we see
him today?
