checker and make it a permanent

generally, i write -- and i have
a colleague who works on it with
me -- i write one or two fact
checks per day.
one runs in the sunday
washington post as well.
i rate politicians based on the
accuracy of their statements.
i look for statements that are
about big issues, statements
that i can use to tell a larger
story about the background of
the federal budget, or the
health care law, issues that are
