challenge it tonight. >> dana: kimberly, when that original executive order was rescinded and they wrote this one and a much more narrowly targeted way, you have the supreme court saying it looks like this will be smooth sailing while they put in some extreme vetting they hadn't released yet. >> kimberly: you are right. that's an accurate assessment, dana. we predicted on the show that in fact, it would pass constitutional muster. the voters agreed. and now it's basically an issue of implementation and making sure it goes through smoothly. this would have been nice if it happened right from the beginning but as we see, the people that are the obstructionists and want to use this as a political arm for their movement are still trying to grow it in the face of the supreme court and want to try to make a problem here. let's see what happens with that. hawaii, who knew?
