it will help say that california
juries will have a cross section
of our juries.
people with felony records have
a right to vote.
there is no legitimate reason
any should be barred for serving
on a jury.

i don't have a problem with this
one.
if you have served your time and
been rehabilitated, i don't know
exactly the mechanism in place.
the worry is always that people
who have been through the system
are going to be prejudice
against prosecutors and law
enforcement.
