this is mayor of state college pennsylvania ron and illinois state senator john, ron, i want to start to you first. upenn has had fraternities hosting maskless and hundreds of kids running around without ppe on, tell us how folks in your community are feeling about this? >> i think there's a great deal of anxiety in the community, gillian, we are a university town, pretty much dependent on p enn state academically and residents throughout the year are pen nerving state students so we are not a very big town and you can imagine the impact when just north of 40,000 students arrive as they have this weekend, during the last week more or less. there's a great deal of anxiety among the -- the residents of state college, if you want to put it that way, permanent residents, students are residents too but i'm talking
