over a proposal to bring the chargers and raiders there. they would share a stadium if that plan becomes reality. there's a long way to go before that happens. but it is being talked about. now, carson released this video showing how that shared $1.7 billion stadium might look. the city debuted it during what amounted to a pep rally. government and labor leaders as well as fans singing the praizs of the project they say is ready to go if the teams decide to come to town. the oakland mayor said the raiders gave her a heads up this announcement was coming. >> they are trying to turn up the volume turn up the pressure. they are in full negotiation mode. they have done this in the past. i remain focused, at my job, to protect the public dollar keep my sports team in oakland and enhance the vitality of the coliseum area. >> now the mayor says raiders owner, mark davis has been clear
