riders.
the number in 2018 is 120
million riders.
this is huge because ridership
makes up two-thirds of operating
costs according to parking lot.
they are considering the fare
increase over a six-year period.
it is about a 16% increase over
the six-year time period.
parking lot is losing millions
of dollars, costing $25 million
annually.
