the bombing killed 22 people that were leaving an ariana grande concert and most of them are young people. reporter teri okita is live in manchester with the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: this was a pop concert with a lot of young people in attendance and officials said of the dozens injured, 12 were under the age of 16. [ sound of crashing ] oh my god! >> reporter: are ariana grande fans were starting to leave when the bomb went off.
