from city hall where there's
some protesters there tonight.

just went into chambers a few
minutes ago to talk about this
huge budget crisis.
behind me you can see there are
dozens of union members who
work for the city.
they are fired up.
for the past 30 minutes they've
been holding this rally in
front of city hall.
they are frustrated with all
the budget cuts and what they
say are unnecessary spending.
this could be the last year
these kids enjoy summer camp at
the san antonio recreation
center.
there may not be enough money
to keep it open because the
city faces a $58 million budget
deficit.
