joining us now co-sponsor of the bill illinois state representative greg harris. sir, it's great to have you here. you said that you have this on the fast track and that it will pass, so what is the latest on the efforts and how quickly will the people of illinois see this come to fruition through a vote? >> there will be thousands of very happy loving couples across the state of illinois who will be celebrating their weddings very soon. >> it's very interesting to point out that this does have a support across the aisle there in illinois from republicans, the chair of the state's republican party, pat brady, that has written that giving gay and lesbian couples. however, pat brady is really getting some blowback from people on the right.
