this is a very large country in
south america that has a
military that has stuck by
maduro.
look, we all agree that maduro
has been a corrupt leader.
he's mismanaged that place, he's
eviscerated democratic
institutions, but the fact of
the matter is u.s. troops going
into venezuela is only going to
make the situation worse.
there is no basis for it.
it's not like congress has
authorized the use of military
action ensiinside of venezuela.
what i see, chris, is what you
see.
what is the common thread?
this is a president who does not
speak up for democracy or human
rights in saudi arabia when
there is a brutal murder of a
"washington post" journalist.
he speaks up for it in venezuela
because he thinks it serves his
political interests here at
home.
he thinks it serves his
political interests in florida.
