not guilty plea for edward archer because the suspect refused to make a plea. instead, he told the judge, quote, i don't plead to anyone but alaa. archer fired 30 shots at officer hartnett back in january of 2016 as hartnett sat in his patrol car alt an intersection in west philly. now, bes spite his wounds, hartnett managed to chase the suspect and fire back. hartnett is set to testify next week. the trial expected to last two weeks. >>> time system now 11:10 and time for a check on the roads with nbc 10 first alert traffic reporter katy zachry. what are you seeing out there? >> for drivers on 95 westbound around the betsy ross bridge things are stop and go because there's a roaming work crew working its way up 95. last check at the were right near the bridge and you could see the backup in our camera. they've since moved north out of of the camera's view but just expect and that at last two lanes around that work crew are close the because of the marin mens that they're doing. so...
