during the storm.
streets still swamped monday
morning, 20 children needed to
be rescued from their flooded
school bus.
more than eight inches of rain
falling from new orleans to
baton rouge, leading to power
outages and flooding around
louisiana state university.
in some spots the water feet
deep, turning even l.s.u.
football players into good
samaritans.
