afternoon. mid-70s in rehoboth and bethany beach as well. 80 is the high in philadelphia. we'll have to squeeze out a decent amount of sunshine to get there. otherwise we stop in the upper 70s and either way it's a mess day and clouds and sun and dry and humidity on the low side. for the phillies a nice night for phillies baseball and if you get a sprinkle it's not much and partly cloudy and dry. and 71 in the ninth inning and hopefully the phillies can get runs and beat the astros and the union at the stadium will be similar conditions there. 67 overnight and cloudy and comfortable and low humidity and then tomorrow things start to change again and warm wear high of 86, we have a warm front coming past us and the humidity levels begin to rise and an area of low pressure starts to scoot through and that gives us the chance of some mainly at night tomorrow, some showers and thunderstorms and some of those storms could be strong than is evidenced by the storm prediction center's forecast
