it's not clear whether the cuts
will be on the providers, the
doctors or hospitals, but
somebody will suffer.

>> proponents say they'll save
so much money health insurance
premiums will stay the same or
go down.
the problem with that is, it's a
massive increase in the number
of people covered.
it's an increase in the kinds of
things covered.

taxes will go up to subsidize
