16th street. the fire is out now. >> news4's kristin wright is gathering information. >>> a maryland woman is dead after she received butt injections. police are looking for the woman who gave her those injections. police say 34-year-old kelly mayhew travelled to queens new york, to enlarge her butt. she liked to pose in pictures on her facebook page. she died last saturday. "the new york daily news" reports a woman gave mayhew silicone injections and then kelly had trouble breathing. kelly's mother was with her at the time and gave her cpr. she took her to the hospital where she died. the woman who gave her those injections drove away. dr. rondi walker is a board certified plastic surgeon. she said some people choose black market plastic surgery because it's cheaper. >> just because somebody advertises something as less expensive it may not be the real thing and it's important to go to someone who is board certified. >> mayhew worked as a platform.
