what you eat.
todd miller is associate
professor of exercise and
nutrition sciences at george
washington university institute
school of public health.
he says exercise stimulates
hunger, so people will eat more
and usually too much after a
workout.
i find this to be totally true,
right?
your appetite grows.
to make things work, most
underestimate the number of
calories that going for a run or
cycling class will actually
burn.
>> it's hard to burn a lot of
calories through exercise.
most people don't like to go on
a treadmill and run for an hour
and only burn 400 calories.
>> right?
miller tells us it's still
important to work out when
trying to lose weight.
because the best exercise for
weight loss is resistance
training.
lift those weights.
